ABOUT THE PROJECT

The City of Fort Worth and its project team is constructing an extension of Everman Parkway from Rosedale Springs Lane to Cameron Hill Point. Proposed improvements include a bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) and a crossing of Sycamore Creek. The project will also include a roundabout intersection at the future Hemphill Street extension.

The Road Ahead

Phase 2

Sep/Oct 2027

Roundabout intersection constructed with a culvert box underneath at future Hemphill Street intersection.

Phase 3
Jun/Jul 2026 –
Jun/Jul 2027

Mainlanes constructed from west of the roundabout to Rosedale Springs Lane and mainlanes constructed east of the bridge to Cameron Hill Point. Roadway is anticipated to be open to traffic by end of 2027.

Majority of work to take place during daytime hours; however, alternate work hours may be utilized when necessary to accelerate completion.

Large trash receptacles around the project area to maintain a clean job site.
Road Closures

Temporary blockages, lane closures or limited entry into businesses or residential areas.

Clear signage, signals, road markings and lighting.
