The City of Fort Worth and its project team is constructing an extension of Everman Parkway from Rosedale Springs Lane to Cameron Hill Point. Proposed improvements include a bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) and a crossing of Sycamore Creek. The project will also include a roundabout intersection at the future Hemphill Street extension.

Mainlanes constructed from west of the roundabout to Rosedale Springs Lane and mainlanes constructed east of the bridge to Cameron Hill Point. Roadway is anticipated to be open to traffic by end of 2027.
